Article 2 - Services

2.1 The service that Freedom Lovers offers is to give people the opportunity to make contact with each other via an online platform with the intention of possibly getting a loving relationship out of it.

2.2 Unfortunately, there is of course no guarantee of success!

2.3 We comply with the legal rules regarding transparency. Before the purchase, we inform you about the rates and if it is automatically renewed, this will be clearly stated.

2.4 We are free to set additional requirements when entering into and during membership. Think of minimum age, type of relationship and opinion regarding physical and mental health.

2.5 We set the following requirements:

To make full use of the website you must become a member and be at least 18 years old. Everyone is welcome on the website, but we openly state that the highest success rate of finding a partner on our site is mainly intended for people who are skeptical and non-accepting of the Covid-19 vaccine and the corrupt Big Pharma world that’s behind this.

2.6 Before people can get in touch with each other, a temporary membership must be purchased against payment. We will inform you in advance about the conditions of this membership.

2.7 A service is provided in return for payment of the membership. This is based on a fixed amount for a certain period or an amount per action or a combination of these.

2.8 We cannot, of course, guarantee the correctness of the information provided by our participants. Participants are responsible for the correctness of the information they provide.

2.9 We are also not responsible for the behavior of participants during a personal appointment resulting from the introduction from our online platform.

2.10 Freedom Lovers does it’s best to keep technical problems to a minimum. It is possible that we sometimes become temporarily offline, due to technical problems or due to doing updates, but we will ensure that we are back online as soon as possible.

 

Article 3 - Consumer Behavior

3.1 For a good user experience for everyone, it is necessary that users adhere to a number of rules. These rules are listed below.

Users are not allowed to:

  • post other contact options;
  • post photos that detract from the user experience;
  • use threatening language towards other participants or Freedom Lovers;
  • use unlawful texts, images or sound material;
  • use texts, images or sound material from third parties without their permission;
  • to place untruths in the profile;
  • to seek or offer targeted erotic contact, whether paid or not;
  • post or use multiple profiles per person;
  • distribute commercial information;
  • cause damage or nuisance to other users or Freedom Lovers;
  • make racist or offensive statements;
  • to publish, reproduce or otherwise (re)use information on a profile of another user in any way without the explicit permission of the participant in question;
  • give login details to third parties, these are strictly personal

 

3.2 If someone violates any of the rules listed in 3.1, Freedom Lovers reserves the right to modify, block or completely remove the user's membership and account. Freedom Lovers reserves the right to first contact the user in the event of minor violations, or to remove the membership without communication in the event of serious violations, without the user being entitled to a refund of any paid membership.

3.3 We also reserve the right, if there is reason to do so, to check the behavior of the user by means of the available data to see whether it is acting in violation of the rules listed in 3.1.

 

Article 4 - Complaints about participants

Complaints about other participants regarding the rules listed in 3.1 can be reported to the email address [email protected]. We will then assess the complaint and take appropriate action, such as adjusting, blocking or deleting the account.

 

Article 5 - Protection of personal data

5.1 The use of the website is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. This describes how the data of users is processed. Freedom Lovers adheres to the legal rules regarding the protection of privacy and cookie legislation.

5.2 If a violation of the rules listed in Article 3.1 has been established, Freedom Lovers reserves the right to look at the data of the communication between users to determine a possible violation.

 

Article 6 - Liability

6.1 Freedom Lovers is liable towards users for damage resulting from a shortcoming in the fulfillment of its promises, unless this fulfillment was caused by third parties.

6.2 The user is liable to Freedom Lovers for damage resulting from a shortcoming by the user in the fulfillment of its promise, for example as a result of a violation of Article 3. Unless the shortcoming cannot be held accountable by the user.

 

Article 7 - Memberships and Payments

7.1 A membership can only be entered into at Freedom Lovers by making a one-off payment. The membership ends automatically at the end of the specified term, after which the user can purchase a new membership if necessary.

7.2 We clearly indicate in advance what the price is and what you get with your purchase. This can consist of a Premium membership with several benefits, or a purchase with a single benefit, for example increased visibility.

7.3 After the purchase, the user has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days by means of the right of withdrawal, provided that the right of withdrawal is used within reason. If we suspect that this right is being abused and can demonstrate this because so much use has been made of the membership that it has become unreasonable, we reserve the right not to comply with the request. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days if the request is approved. A request can be made by sending an email to [email protected].

7.4 Users are themselves able to delete their own accounts. This is clearly indicated on our website and explained in the FAQ.

 

Article 8 - Disputes

We will respond to a submitted complaint within 3 working days and do our best to fulfill the user-friendliness and promises made on the website as best as possible. A complaint can be made by sending an email to [email protected].

 

Article 9 - Additional provisions or amendments

We will clearly communicate additional provisions or changes to our users via email, so that future new members and existing members are always clear about the rules and other relevant provisions.
